I have been waiting 2 months for my refund and keep getting fobbed off with the same line that they are having technical difficulties. It's beyond ridiculous. I would only ever buy Gore before. Not any more.
Do not order anything from the Gore website!!!!! They are still taking orders despite not being able to refund if something does not fit or you are not happy with it. They are crooks. Do not spend your money with them.. I phoned customer services today and they confirmed that no refunds are happening whatsoever and haven’t for a few months as there is an ongoing technical fault but yet they will continue to take orders.... utterly dreadful. Don’t do it, they are not to be trusted.

Returned an item. They confirmed they had received it but have not processed my refund. Have stopped responding to emails. Dreadful customer serive for what are very expensive items. My advice would be do not buy from them - based in Belgium and clearly no care for UK customers.

DO NOT USE GOREWEAR. I am still waiting since the 6th April for my refund from a returned item, they are blaming a technical issue. Come on how difficult is it to manually pay the refund.

I returned a pair of gloves 6 weeks ago that were too small and Gore acknowledged that they had received them, but I'm still waiting for my refund 6 weeks on, apparently the system that issues refunds isn't working.
I won't be purchasing anything from Gore again. They offered me a pittance of 20% off my next order but to be honest I can't be doing with the hassle of a return so I'm out.
Ordered a jacket online. It arrived and was far too small, returned it and am still waiting for my refund. Have chased and they say they have system problems. Surprisingly, there were no system problems when they took my money!!!!! I've bought a fair amount over the years from Gore but this experience has put me off them. The law is they have to refund you within 2 weeks of receiving the stock back......
I ordered three clothing items online from Gore.
First I did not get an order confirmation despite the money being drawn down from my account.
Secondly, when I emailed them to chase up on the order and gave them all the pertinent details, they responded by saying that they could not confirm the order or give any update, as I had not emailed from the same address.
That’s like someone not providing any information because one rang them from a landline as opposed to a mobile phone.
This company is never contactable by telephone and their customer service is totally disrespectful and not at all customer centred.
I will not be ordering from this company again.
Tried to order the same shirt twice. Both times a few days after ordering, they canceled my order with no offer to change colors or anything. It also cancelled my single use discount. The first time they claimed they reinstated my coupon- but it didn’t work and the second time, they couldn’t be bothered to respond. Their inventory management and customer service is simply awful.
I placed an order on 11/5, and on 11/6 received an email from Gorewear saying my order had shipped. On 11/10, after still not seeing my order on my doorstep, checked the tracking information to find UPS was still awaiting the package. I promptly emailed Gorewear customer support, and on 11/11 received an email stating they apologized for the inconvenience, presented me a coupon for 20 percent off, and explained I was being refunded my full amount; however, there was zero explanation as to what had happened or what I needed to do in order to get my items, and so I reached out again. In the second email it was explained to me that my order had been lost, but they were reaching out to the warehouse to have my order repacked and shipped out “ASAP”, but after weeks of waiting my order never showed up. On 12/1 I emailed customer support yet again to see what was going on, and was told I needed to reorder the items.
Based on my experience you’d think I was shopping with one of those questionable eBay stores where it’s a gamble whether you’ll get the right item, if it shows up at all. There was zero need to send more than one email, accidents happen, and all Gorewear needed to do was apologize and let me reorder the items for the same price. Instead, Gorewear jerked me around for nearly a month acting as if they were taking care of things, and in the end were completely oblivious to how awful their customer service was. I’d strongly recommend buying Gorewear through a third party.
Buyers beware if you ever need to return anything. I ordered a C5 infinium jacket which was way too small despite following the size guide. I returned it with original packaging and tags. After two weeks I had heard nothing so emailed "customer care" who responded several days later to say because of Covid things were slow so contact them again after another week. Which I did and they told me that the jacket had a stain so we put into a "sin bin", there was no stain I simply tried it on once inside and then returned it immediately. They then said that they would process the return, but I'm still waiting.
Just asked you to register for the news letter to get 15% discount for the first order. Ordered a pair of gloves I really needed. After placing the order for in stock item. Got order confirmation and all went smoothly. But next day I got this message below. They are absolute rubbish company. Just take your info telling they give you discount and next cancel the order for no reason....The code they give become as used..
Never experienced anything like this before. Appalling.

I bought a shake and dry running jacket which was very expensive as a trail marathon runner I needed a waterproof and breathable jacket, however this is not up to the job!! After half an hour into a run I was soaked and cold! I have emailed Gore customer service but to date no response ..
